As a primary function, the role of the Department of Human Resources (HR) is to recruit, plan, develop, and administer policies and programs designed to effectively utilize an organization’s human resources.
Working under the core principle that HR C.A.R.E.S (Communication, Advancement, Respect, Equality & Safety), the department strives to demonstrate exceptional customer service, responsiveness, attitude, body language and professionalism to both internal and external stakeholders.
